These blinds changed my life! I’m so happy i found these blinds, they sit perfectly flush with my walls, allowing me to still have plants on my window sill. They look amazing, do a great job and was so easy to install. I had questions during installation and Charlie got back to me right away and personally took care of an issue I had. I am very impressed with the level of customer service — you don’t see this often these days. Highly recommend to anybody.
Got these for our 6 month olds room and she finally sleeps past 5am. The frame seal really does block all the light. Took me less than 15 minutes to install and I have zero handy skills. So happy we found Lights Out.
They take a couple weeks to arrive because everything is custom made for your window but its worth it. They fit perfectly and go right to the edge so they block out a ton of light.
I had a small bit of light leak from one side after my first install. Reached out to the team and they walked me through how to adjust the black felt strip. Fixed it in 5 minutes. Now its perfectly dark. The support team is super helpful.
Got stuck on one step during install and reached out to support. They responded within minutes and got me sorted. Cant ask for more.

My window is old and has a weird crank and I was worried about fit. Had to do a couple back and forths with support to figure out the right setup. They were patient through all of it. The fit ended up perfect and the room is darker than ever. Very happy with them.
The written instructions were a little hard to follow at first but once I watched the video everything clicked. Took me maybe 20 mins total. Final product is great, room is super dark, no complaints now.
Only regret is not buying these sooner. Should have done this when we first moved in. The room actually gets so much darker.
