Our Promise to You

We want you to love your Lights Out blinds but if they're not what you hoped for you have 30 days to send them back. Here's exactly how that works.

Something Arrived Broken or Missing

If anything shows up damaged or a part is missing from the box email us within 7 days of delivery. We'll build and ship a replacement or send the missing parts at no extra cost.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives.

• Returns are free within those 30 days.
• To start one email support@golightsout.com. We'll send you a return label and tell you exactly what to do next.
• Blinds must be undamaged and in their original packaging if possible.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us we'll issue your refund within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post it on their end.
